Remake Update

Hello again friends,
I thought to pop on and give another update since the timeline has been way longer than I expected.
The pins were shipped to me 2 and a half weeks ago using a UPS shipping service that is supposed to take 2 days. The pins still haven't arrived, and I've received weird notifications about requested holds (that weren't requested) and address change requests (that no one made).

Right now, I think they should be delivered in the week and shipped in the next. Because of UPS' general unhelpfulness I have really no idea. Right now the package is being held because of some address change that was apparently requested?
I deeply apologise for the wait. I have no control over this and have done everything I can to contact support, request help etc. and have been given none or very vague answers.
I will make another update when the pins arrive.

My manufacturer has told me remakes will be done in about a week. If that's accurate, I'd give about 2 weeks until remakes start shipping.
If you need to change your address, please DM me so I can fix it via BackerKit for you.

Hello friends!
All backers without defective designs have had their parcels fulfilled. Please remember this includes both Discords, chroma Rarity, Fluttershy and Trixie.
I was able to collect my keychains and stickers early with the exception of the pony floaties. There is only one current package to be sent with a pony floaty, which will be sent out next week.
I'm glad to have these packages sent out and am waiting on the remakes to send the rest of the pledges out.

Hello friends,
Today the first batch of orders were sent out. In the next coming days I will be sending out orders WITHOUT defective pins (both chrome and gold Discords, chrome Trixie, chrome Rarity and chrome Fluttershy). They will be being sent UK first, then all international orders.
so. many. PINS! i'd be sick of them if they weren't so adorable!
Orders with sticker and keychain add-ons will be delayed by about a week as the house they're being stored in is currently under quarantine. Yes, in the year 2024 my father decided to catch Covid-19... I'm trying to negotiate a way to be able to pick up the add-ons, so they may come earlier, but about a week is the expected timeframe.
You will receive an email from BackerKit once your order is shipped, with the provided tracking code if you paid for Mail +.
In other news, remakes are currently in the works and I'm hoping to receive them as soon as possible. Here are some pictures:

This campaign has been... very chaotic, and quite stressful. I'll be honest when I say almost everything that could go wrong, did. After this campaign I will be switching manufacturers as 300/700 pins being faulty should've never passed QA.
Despite this, I'm glad to be getting the pins out and apologise again for all of the delays. I hope that in the end I can deliver some pins you really love!

Bad News Part 2, Package Updates

Hello friends,
All non-defect pins are all packed up onto their backing cards, and I will start shipping UK orders soon. Thank you for your patience.
I'm very disappointed to say that during inspection I found that all Chrome Discords are also defective.
underfilled enamel on the eyebrows and ears. all discord pins have underfilled areas
I apologise for not realising this earlier. My manufacturer has agreed to also reproduce these ones and they will be arriving with the others in about 3 weeks.
I feel awful about the amount of defective pins, alongside the designs which were 100% faulty, the other pins also had a very high defect rate, but enough to fulfil rewards. This will also be a financial hit for me as I won't be able to sell the pins at their normal price.
I will definitely be reconsidering my collaboration with this manufacturer in the future. I apologise sincerely for the delays this will cause.
